FWC orders a 3.5 per cent increase in minimum wages

On 1 June, the Fair Work Commission (FWC) announced the Annual Wage Review 2017-18 Decision, awarding a 3.5 per cent increase to all modern Award wages and lifting the national minimum wage to $719.20 or $18.93 per hour.
